How we measure
We use Odoo's built-in profiler, PostgreSQL slow-query logs and server metrics to find the exact requests and queries that are slow. Every fix is tested on a copy of production before it goes live.
You get a short report with what we found, what we changed and the timings before and after.

Will more server power fix a slow Odoo?
Sometimes, but often not. If the cause is an inefficient query or a custom module, a bigger server only hides it for a while. We find the cause first.
Can you optimise Odoo on Odoo.sh?
Yes. On Odoo.sh we cannot change the server, but most slowness there comes from custom code, data volume and scheduled actions, which we can fix.
