ERP support from people who already know your system

Calling a generic helpdesk about an ERP problem usually means spending the first twenty minutes explaining your configuration. Then the ticket gets passed to someone else, who asks the same questions.

Overview

What erp support involves

Our support is delivered by a small named team assigned to your system. They know your custom modules, your integrations and the quirks of your data, so most issues are diagnosed in minutes rather than days.

01The problem

Where things usually go wrong

01

Every issue starts from zero

Support staff do not know your configuration, so simple issues take days of back-and-forth.

02

Symptoms fixed, causes ignored

The same data correction is made every month because nobody looks at why it keeps happening.

03

Key-person dependency

One internal 'ERP person' knows how everything works, and holidays become a risk.

04

No visibility

Tickets disappear into an inbox; nobody can see what is open, what is resolved or what keeps recurring.

02Our approach

How we handle it

Onboarding gives our team a working knowledge of your system before the first ticket: configuration review, custom module walkthrough, integration map and a register of known issues. That investment pays back on every request afterwards.

Tickets are triaged by business impact. Production-stopping issues are handled immediately; questions and small changes are scheduled. Each month you get a short report covering volumes, response times, recurring issues and recommended root-cause fixes.

04Technical considerations

Details that decide whether it holds up

01

Access and audit

Named accounts for support staff, least-privilege access and a full audit trail of changes made.

02

Change control

Fixes tested on staging and deployed through version control, never edited live in production.

03

Monitoring hooks

Alerts on scheduled job failures, integration queues and backup status feed directly into the ticket queue.

04

Knowledge base

Every resolved issue documented so solutions are reused and patterns become visible.

05Process

How the engagement runs

  2. 02

    Triage

Tickets classified by impact and urgency with clear targets per severity.

  3. 03

    Resolve

    Fix, test, deploy and document.

  4. 04

    Review

Monthly report and recommendations for root-cause improvements.

06Outcomes

What you should expect afterwards

Faster resolution

Issues are understood quickly by people who know the system.

Less key-person risk

Knowledge lives in a team and a knowledge base, not one person's head.

A system that improves

Recurring problems are fixed at the root instead of patched monthly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you support systems you did not implement?

Yes. We onboard existing systems regularly. Onboarding takes a few weeks and usually surfaces a list of risks worth addressing.

What hours do you cover?

Standard support covers business hours in your region. Extended coverage for critical operations can be agreed in the support plan.

How are support plans priced?

Typically as a monthly plan sized to your user count, system complexity and expected volume, with an allowance for small enhancements.

Is there a minimum term?

We prefer to agree a term that lets us invest properly in onboarding, but we do not lock clients into long contracts.
