ERP integrations

Integrations that keep working after the demo

Connecting two APIs is the easy part. The work is in deciding which system owns each record, what happens when a call fails at 2 a.m., and how someone finds out.

Principles

How we build every integration

Every integration starts with a data ownership map: for each entity — customers, products, prices, orders, stock, invoices, payments — one system is the source of truth and the others receive copies. Most integration failures we are asked to fix trace back to two systems both believing they own the same field.

Calls are idempotent so a retry never creates a duplicate order. Failures go to a queue with exponential backoff, then to a dead-letter list that a person can see and replay. Credentials live in a secrets store, scoped to the minimum permissions the sync needs, and every run leaves a log entry you can search.

Next step

Need to connect something not listed?

If it has an API, a file export or a database, it can usually be integrated. Tell us what it is.
