Example projects
How ERP projects like yours are structured
These are illustrative example projects built from the patterns we see repeatedly. They describe realistic problems, architectures and plans — they are not named client case studies and contain no client results.
Transparency
Why example projects, not testimonials
Client work is confidential by default, and we will not publish invented logos, quotes or percentage improvements. Instead, each example walks through the kind of situation we are typically brought into, the architecture we would put in place and how the work would be phased.
Verified client case studies will be published here, clearly labelled, once clients have approved them. Until then, we are happy to discuss comparable projects in detail during a consultation.
