Every migration
The same five steps, whatever you are leaving
- 01
Scope and date
Decide what moves, how much history, and a cut-over at a month, quarter or year boundary.
- 02
Extract
Export masters, open items and balances from the old system.
- 03
Clean and map
Remove duplicates and map accounts, taxes, products and partners onto Odoo.
- 04
Trial loads
Load into a test database at least twice and reconcile balances, receivables, payables and stock.
- 05
Cut-over
Freeze the old system, load final balances, reconcile and go live.
