About
We build ERP systems that people actually use
Why we exist
ERP projects fail in predictable ways
Most ERP projects that go wrong do not fail because the software was bad. They fail because requirements were vague, data was migrated without being cleaned, integrations were treated as an afterthought, and users were trained a week before go-live on screens that did not match their jobs.
We set up ERP Builders to close those gaps. Consultants who understand operations — how a warehouse picks, how a production planner thinks, how an accountant closes a month — work alongside engineers who can extend the platform properly, connect it to everything else and move data without losing any of it.
We are deliberately honest about scope. If a standard feature will do, we will not build a custom one. If a phase can wait, we will say so. If the right answer is a different platform, we will tell you that too.
How we work
Principles we hold ourselves to
Standard first
Configuration before customisation, customisation before custom code. Every line of custom code is something you pay to maintain through every upgrade.
Data is a workstream, not a task
Migration gets its own plan, owners, mock runs and reconciliation sign-off. It is the most underestimated part of almost every project.
Integrations are products
Every integration has an owner, monitoring, retry logic and a runbook. If it fails silently, it was not finished.
Train on real work
Users learn on their own transactions in a test environment that mirrors production — not on generic demo data.
No invented numbers
We will not promise ROI percentages or timelines we cannot stand behind. Estimates come with assumptions written down.
You own everything
Code, configuration, documentation and credentials belong to you. You can take them to another partner at any time.
Team
Who does the work
Every engagement is staffed with the roles the project actually needs — nothing more.
Functional consultants
Process design, configuration, testing and training across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and service.
Solution architects
Data models, integration design, performance, security and the technical decisions that are expensive to reverse.
ERP developers
Custom modules, APIs, reports, automation and migration tooling, built to survive version upgrades.
