About us

What does ERP Builders do?

We implement, customise, integrate, migrate and support ERP systems for growing businesses. Functional consultants and software engineers work in one team, so process design and technical work stay connected.

Which ERP platforms do you work with?

Our hands-on delivery is on Odoo (Community and Enterprise) and ERPNext. We also advise on platform selection and integrate with other ERPs, and we will say so when another platform fits you better.

Are you an official Odoo partner?

No. ERP Builders is an independent services company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A. Independence lets us recommend Community, Enterprise or a different platform based on what fits.

Which countries do you work in?

We work with clients in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates and India, mostly remotely, with on-site visits where a project needs them.

What size of company do you work with?

Mostly small and mid-sized businesses, from teams moving off spreadsheets and entry-level accounting software to mid-market companies replacing an ageing ERP.

Projects and pricing

How are projects priced?

Most projects start with a short discovery phase that maps your processes and data. The implementation is then quoted against that scope, so the price is based on your requirements rather than a module list.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

It depends on scope, data and integrations. A focused small-business rollout can take weeks; a multi-site implementation with integrations and migration takes months. See our ERP implementation timeline guide for typical ranges.

Do you offer free Odoo setup?

Yes. We set up Odoo Community, the free open-source edition, at no charge. Hosting is not included; you pay your hosting provider directly.

Do you take over projects started by another partner?

Yes. We start with an audit of the configuration, custom code and data, then propose how to stabilise and complete the system.

What do you need from our team?

A project owner who can make decisions, process owners for each area who join workshops and testing, and time to clean data. Internal time is the most underestimated cost in ERP projects.

Data, support and security

Will we own our data and code?

Yes. Your database, data and any custom code we write for you are yours, and code is delivered to your repository.

How do you protect our data?

Access is limited to the people working on your project, test copies have outgoing email and payments disabled, and we sign an NDA and data processing agreement on request.

What happens after go-live?

Every implementation includes a hypercare period. After that, you can choose ongoing support and maintenance, ad-hoc help, or run the system yourselves with the documentation we hand over.

Do you handle upgrades?

Yes, including custom module porting and testing. See our Odoo 20 upgrade page for how we run version upgrades.

How quickly do you reply?
