Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ERP Builders (“we”, “us”) operates this website. For privacy questions contact erp.yash@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you submit a form:
- Name, business email, phone number, company and website
- Country, industry, company size and current ERP
- Your requirement, timeline and message
Information collected automatically:
- Attribution data — the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign (UTM) parameters — submitted with your enquiry
- Technical data such as browser type and approximate country, used for security and spam prevention
- Analytics and advertising data, only if you consent through the cookie banner
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries
- To protect the website against spam and abuse
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (analytics and marketing cookies, form consent), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our website, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that restrict their use of it:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email delivery providers used to send enquiry notifications
- CRM or lead-management systems used to track enquiries
- Analytics and advertising providers, only with your consent
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and typically no longer than three years after last contact unless a contract requires otherwise.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email erp.yash@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
Forms are submitted over HTTPS, validated server-side and protected against automated abuse. Credentials for connected systems are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
