We hire consultants who are curious about operations and engineers who like understanding the business problem before writing code. Clear writing matters as much as technical skill — most of the job is explaining tradeoffs to people who have to live with the result.

Odoo developer
Python and the Odoo ORM, OWL front-end, upgrade-safe module design, automated tests.
Integration engineer
REST and webhook design, queues, idempotency, monitoring — and the patience to debug someone else's API.
Solution architect
Owns data models, integration architecture and performance across complex implementations.
