Payroll is where country matters. Odoo provides payroll localisations for a limited set of countries. Where one exists and fits, we configure it; where it does not, we keep payroll in a local provider and post the results into Odoo accounting.

Payroll changes in Odoo 20
Odoo 20 removes payroll work entries and the Planning–Payroll integration. Companies upgrading with customised payroll should test payslip calculations carefully against the previous version before go-live.

It depends on whether Odoo publishes a payroll localisation for it and how complete it is. We check this in the first call; if it does not fit, a local payroll provider plus an accounting integration is often better.
