Consent and compliance

Odoo keeps opt-out status per contact and per list, and adds unsubscribe links to every mailing. We configure double opt-in where your market requires it and import existing consent records during migration.

If you are moving from Mailchimp or a similar tool, we migrate lists and suppression records so unsubscribed contacts stay unsubscribed.

Does Odoo Email Marketing include marketing automation?

Email Marketing handles campaigns and lists. Multi-step automated flows use the Marketing Automation app, which has been an Enterprise app.

Are there sending limits?

Odoo Online and Odoo.sh have daily email limits that depend on your subscription. Self-hosted Odoo can send through your own mail service.

Can we send SMS too?

Yes. Odoo has an SMS Marketing app that uses prepaid credits, and integrations such as Twilio are possible.
