Why an implementer's view matters

Consultants who do not deliver tend to underestimate the work below the waterline: data cleansing, integration error handling, report rebuilding, and the time it takes users to become confident. Our recommendations come from people who have run cutovers at midnight and closed the first month afterwards.

That also means we will tell you when Odoo is not the answer. A business whose core process depends on deep vertical functionality — complex process manufacturing with regulatory batch records, for instance — may be better served by a specialised system, or by Odoo plus a dedicated extension built for that purpose.

Yes. We do independent design and code reviews regularly. The aim is not to replace your partner but to give you an objective view of risks and quality before problems become expensive.

How long does a fit-gap assessment take?

Usually two to four weeks for a small or mid-sized business, depending on the number of departments and sites. You receive a written report with a gap list, estimates and a recommended phasing.

We already went live and things are not working. Can you help?

That is one of the most common reasons clients contact us. We start with a short audit of configuration, data and open issues, then propose a stabilisation plan that prioritises what is costing you money or time first.
