Overview
We train by role, in your configured database, using your own customers, products and processes. Every session ends with short written guides people can come back to.
ERP Builders is an independent Odoo services company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A. “Odoo” is a trademark of Odoo S.A.
01
Pick the mix that fits your team size, locations and go-live date.
Short sessions per role (sales, purchasing, warehouse, accounts) covering the ten tasks each person does every week.
Deeper sessions for super-users in each department so knowledge stays inside the company after go-live.
Users and access rights, settings, automation rules, reports, Studio basics and what not to touch.
What changed after an upgrade, for example Odoo 20's renamed payment statuses or Field Service moving into Planning.
One-page, screenshot-based guides for the most common tasks, written for your configuration.
02
Training works best two to three weeks before go-live, in a training copy of the configured system, after user acceptance testing has settled the processes. Training earlier means people forget; training later means go-live week is spent teaching.
We also run refresher sessions for new hires and for teams who adopted Odoo without proper training and are now working around it.
