Overview
What free covers, and what it doesn't
Odoo has no dedicated construction module. Job costing works through projects and analytic accounts, and progress billing through down-payment invoices. Bills of quantities, retention and subcontractor certificates usually need custom work, which we quote separately.
Hosting isn't included. You pay your hosting provider directly.

Free open-source construction ERP, set up for free
We install and set up Odoo Community, the free open-source edition of Odoo, at no cost. There is no licence fee for the software and no charge for the setup.
