Serving businesses in Canada

Odoo and ERP implementation for Canadian businesses

We work with Canadian businesses moving from QuickBooks or Sage to a single system for sales, inventory, manufacturing and accounting.

How we work

ERP support for Canada companies

Canadian projects mean provincial tax rules, English and French documents, and frequently US sales and US sales tax as well. We plan for all three from the start.

Local context

What we see in Canada

01

Provincial taxes

GST, HST, PST and QST applied automatically by place of supply, with exemptions tested one by one.

02

Cross-border trade

USD pricing, HS codes and US sales tax handling for businesses selling south of the border.

03

English and French

Customer documents and emails in the customer's language.

04

QuickBooks and Sage migration

Clean migration of masters, open items and balances aligned with a GST/HST filing period.

Engagement

How engagements run

Delivery is remote-first: discovery workshops over video, configuration and testing in shared environments, and support through a ticketing system with agreed response targets. Meetings and support windows are scheduled within Canadian time zones.

On-site visits are planned where they add real value, such as walking a warehouse or production floor during discovery, supporting cutover and training floor staff. Travel is agreed and budgeted up front.

We do not currently operate a physical office in Canada. Work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits for workshops, go-live and training when the project calls for it.
