Overview
Be clear about one thing first. Odoo Community is a general ERP, not a clinical system. It has no patient medical records, prescriptions or lab results out of the box. Those come from a healthcare module (open-source or third-party) or a separate hospital information system that connects to Odoo. Adding one is extra work that we quote separately.
Hosting is also not included. Patient data is sensitive, so where Odoo is hosted matters. You choose and pay for the hosting; we'll help you pick one that meets your data protection rules.

We'll be straight about whether open-source ERP is the right fit. A small clinic often runs well on it; a large hospital usually needs a dedicated clinical system alongside the ERP.

No. The setup is free, but you pay for hosting yourself. Odoo runs on your own server or cloud account, and you pay the hosting provider directly. We'll recommend a size that suits your users and data.
Compliance depends on hosting, access controls and how the system is run, not on the software alone. We'll set up access rights and help you choose hosting that meets your rules; confirm the details with your compliance advisor.
