Contractors can run projects, purchasing, site stock and invoicing on Odoo Community, with costs tracked by job. It's open source with no licence fee, and we set it up for free.

Overview

What free covers, and what it doesn't

Odoo has no dedicated construction module. Job costing works through projects and analytic accounts, and progress billing through down-payment invoices. Bills of quantities, retention and subcontractor certificates usually need custom work, which we quote separately.

Hosting isn't included. You pay your hosting provider directly.
