Odoo Community's point of sale has a restaurant mode: floor plans, table orders, kitchen order printing and split bills. Behind it sit inventory and purchasing, so you can track ingredients and order from suppliers. It's open source with no licence fee, and we set it up for free.

What free covers, and what it doesn't
The kitchen display screen is an Enterprise feature; Community sends orders to kitchen printers instead. Hosting and hardware aren't included, and you pay for those yourself.

Is hosting free?
No. The setup is free, but you pay for hosting yourself. Odoo runs on your own server or cloud account, and you pay the hosting provider directly. We'll recommend a size that suits your users and data.
Does it include a kitchen display screen?
Not in Community. The kitchen display is an Odoo Enterprise feature; Community sends orders to kitchen printers.
Can it track ingredients?
