Contractors can run projects, purchasing, site stock and invoicing on Odoo Community, with costs tracked by job. It's open source with no licence fee, and we set it up for free.
Overview
What free covers, and what it doesn't
Odoo has no dedicated construction module. Job costing works through projects and analytic accounts, and progress billing through down-payment invoices. Bills of quantities, retention and subcontractor certificates usually need custom work, which we quote separately.
Hosting isn't included. You pay your hosting provider directly.

Is there a free construction ERP?

Is hosting free?
No. The setup is free, but you pay for hosting yourself. Odoo runs on your own server or cloud account, and you pay the hosting provider directly. We'll recommend a size that suits your users and data.
Can we see profit by job?
Yes. Tagging purchases, bills, timesheets and invoices to each job's analytic account gives you cost and margin by job.
Can site teams use it on phones?
Yes. Odoo works in a mobile browser, so site teams can log hours and request materials.
