Most consulting work is short, fixed-scope and ends with a written recommendation you can act on with us or without us.

Fit-gap assessment

Your processes walked through standard ERPNext, with each gap classed as configure, customise, custom app, integrate or out of scope.

Platform selection

ERPNext against Odoo, Tally, QuickBooks, Business Central or a custom build — scored against your requirements and total cost.

Health check

Review of configuration, server scripts, custom apps, permissions, performance and data integrity, with a prioritised fix list.

Project recovery

For stalled or troubled implementations: what to keep, what to revert to standard, and a realistic plan to go live.

What a health check usually finds

The same problems appear again and again: server and client scripts with no version control, custom fields added directly in production, stock entries posted with the wrong valuation, and role permissions so broad that anyone can amend submitted invoices.

None of these are hard to fix individually. Left alone, they make every upgrade riskier and every month-end close slower. We move customisations into a custom app with fixtures, tighten permissions and document what remains.

Can you review an implementation another partner is running?

Yes. Independent reviews are common before go-live or when a project is slipping. We focus on facts — configuration, code quality, data and plan — rather than assigning blame.

Will you recommend ERPNext even if it is not the best fit?

No. We also deliver Odoo and custom ERP, and we have no licence revenue riding on the answer. If another platform fits better, the report says so and explains why.

How long does a fit-gap assessment take?

Usually one to three weeks, depending on the number of departments and how well current processes are documented.
